A fire suppression system that meets the requirements of many data centers. It is a dry system that inhibits a fire from burning, doesn't take oxygen out of the air, doesn't harm people or electronic equipment, and is easily swept or vacuumed up.

 While the control panel for this system is similar to other forms of fire detection and does require maintenance, the actual fire suppressing material canisters require no plumbing, have a life of at least 10 years, and only require canister replacement should one discharge. Stat-X is surprisingly cost effective even if a sprinkler or other form of fire protection system has been installed. Stat-X may actually stop a fire before one of the other more common fire protection system activates.
